The Hallmark Flowers website sold flowers and gifts on line. Mike was responsible for optimizing all ecommerce related areas of the parent site, Hallmark.com to convert incoming traffic to purchasers.
He worked closely with internal creative resources as well as freelance artists to create an engaging customer experience.

Mike was responsibe for the overall layout and user interface of the site. The flow also had to meet requirements from various mobile carriers in order to gain approval.
He coordinated the efforts of both internal and external creative and technical resources to deliver the integrated website and application on schedule.

Customers could send greetings from the website or their mobile phone to a friend's mobile phone across many networks and phone operating systems.
Mike was responsible for all aspects of the website and application beginning with writing the creative brief and ending with execution of the application and website.
The application had over 300,000 downloads within 18 months of launching.

The application was successfully launched on multiple mobile platforms including iOS, Android, and Java. Over 100 unique handsets were supported across many networks including the top 4 mobile carriers.
Mike was responsible for managing the business during the planning and building phases, through launch and operation. This application was one of the first to deliver content across networks and different mobile technologies and generated many issues that had to be creatively solved in order to deliver the product.

The Lee Jeans website is the direct to consumer platform for the Lee Company.
Mike worked to optimize Lee.com to convert incoming traffic to purchasers. Boasting a conversion rate of over 5%, illustrates the drive for continuous improvement that Mike instilled in the e-Commerce team.
Mike managed the P&L for the e-Commerce operation and consistently contributed to the profitability of the d2c channel.
